Delicious food for a ‘lazy’ dinner

Noodles with cheese and potatoes

Ingredient:

– 400 g of noodles

– 300g sweet potato

– 450 ml skim milk

– 30 g all-purpose flour

– Minced garlic

– 30g of cheddar cheese

– A spoonful of yellow mustard

– 60 g of peas

– 40 g of bread crumbs

– One tablespoon of olive oil

– Salt, pepper

Processing:

– Boil water, add a little salt and cooking oil. Boil the noodles for 7-9 minutes until cooked, take out and drain.

– Wash the potatoes, then poke around with a fork and microwave on high heat for 7-10 minutes.

– Heat the pan over medium heat, stir in the milk, flour and garlic. When the mixture starts to heat up, turn off the heat and set aside.

– When the potato has cooled, cut in half and scrape the filling. Then add the potatoes to the sauce mixture and puree.

– Mix the pasta with the sauce mixture with the cheese, peas, mustard, salt and pepper.

– Mix the breadcrumbs and olive oil well, then put on the noodles and bake in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, then enjoy.

Ingredient:

– 300g cauliflower, pureed

– 450g ground beef

– Chopped green onions

– 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce or barbecue sauce

– One tablespoon of thyme powder

– 60 g beans and carrots

– 60g chopped onion

– 40 g of cheddar cheese

– Pepper

Processing:

– Cook cauliflower in the microwave until soft, then mix with green onions and pepper and set aside in a separate bowl.

– Heat the pan over medium heat, cook beef for 6-8 minutes until the meat turns brown. Toss the meat with the worcestershire sauce (or barbecue sauce), thyme powder, carrots, and onion. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.

– Pour the broccoli over the meat and cheddar mixture. Microwave for about 3 minutes and enjoy.

Ingredient:

– One pumpkin, halved and seeded

– 450g ground beef

– One chopped purple onion

– Minced garlic

– Half a teaspoon of Italian seasoning

– 700g of ground tomatoes

– 120g fontina cheese

– Basil leaves

– Salt, pepper

Processing:

Place the cut pumpkin side on a baking tray, add about 2 tablespoons of water. Bake in the microwave on high heat for about 10 minutes until soft.

– Heat the pan over medium heat, cook beef for 6-8 minutes until the meat turns brown. Add the shallot, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and stir for about a minute.

– Add tomatoes and stir well. When the mixture starts to boil, lower the heat to medium.

Ingredient:

– 450g chicken breast

– 40 g all-purpose flour

– 500g skim milk

– 350g broccoli

– Brown rice

– 60 g of cheddar cheese

– Vegetable oil

– Fried onion

– Salt, pepper

Processing:

– Heat oil pan over high heat, cook chicken for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Processing:
