Ingredient:

– 250 g of spaghetti

– Parmesan cheese

– 220 g minced beef

– 220 g minced pork

– 60 g of celery

– 60 g carrots

– 60g onion

– 350g tomato sauce

– Olive oil

– Creamy milk

– Salt, pepper

Processing:

– Boil water, add a little salt and cooking oil. Boil noodles for 10-15 minutes until cooked, remove and drain.

– Heat a pan over medium heat, sauté carrots, onions, and celery for 3 minutes until soft. Then add beef, pork and continue to stir until the meat is cooked.

– Pour in the tomato sauce, mix well with the meat and continue to cook for 30 minutes. Next add the milk cream to the sauce mixture.

– Pour sauce over pasta, add parmesan cheese and enjoy.

Chicken Spaghetti with Cream Sauce

Ingredient:

– 300 g of spaghetti

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 300g chicken breast

– 250 ml milk

– 250 ml of chicken broth

– 250 ml of milk cream

– 2 cloves of minced garlic

– Parmesan cheese

– Parsley

Processing:

– Boil water, add a little salt and cooking oil. Boil noodles for 10-15 minutes until cooked, remove and drain.

– Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté chicken for 8 minutes on each side until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Then let it cool and cut into small pieces.

– Put milk, chicken juice and garlic in a pan, season with salt and pepper, continue to cook over low heat. Add noodles and stir for 3 minutes, then cook for about 8 minutes.

Ingredient:

– 300 g of spaghetti

– 220g bacon

– 2 chicken eggs

– 2 egg yolks

– 60 g of cheddar cheese

– 60g parmesan cheese

– Parsley

– Salt, pepper

Processing:

– Boil water, add a little salt and cooking oil. Boil noodles for 10-15 minutes until cooked, drain and keep 240 ml of noodle broth.

– Prepare the sauce by mixing cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese with eggs in a separate bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

– Heat the pan over medium heat, fry the bacon for 5-7 minutes until crispy, then remove and leave the fat in the pan. To medium heat, put 120 ml of noodle broth in the pan, then turn off the heat.

– 10 leaves of thyme

– Salt, pepper

Processing:

– Boil water, add a little salt and cooking oil. Boil noodles for 10-15 minutes until cooked, remove and drain.

– Mix garlic, thyme, cherry tomatoes and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

– Add noodles to cherry tomato mixture, continue to stir. Add olive oil, pepper, thyme leaves and enjoy.

– 60 g of olives

– 2-3 celery sticks, chopped

– A large yellow lemon (squeeze the juice)

– 3 tablespoons olive oil

– Minced garlic

– Salt, pepper
